Isn’t a home or pet sitter more expensive than my regular boarding facility?
Surprisingly, the answer is, NO. In fact, owners with multiple pets will actually find Luv My Sitter to be a more affordable option than boarding. Even owners with only one pet (or none) grasp the value of enlisting a professional home and pet care provider once they evaluate all the extras they receive. Luv My Sitter professionals do much more than simply feed and water your pet. Vacant homes are a playground for would-be home invaders. Our home and pet sitters maintain a homes “lived in” appearance by picking up the mail, newspapers, and flyers, rolling trash to and from the curb, bringing in packages, rotating lights and blinds, as well as watering plants and other light houseful necessities. Having dogs in the home is also a documented crime deterrent. Furthermore, your sitter can adjust sprinklers during rain or increased water restrictions (potentially saving you hundreds in fines). They can report and attend to problems such as broken pipes/heaters or a/c units. As well as assist with any unexpected needs that may arise or items accidentally left behind. Additionally, there is value in the convenience and freedom of traveling on your own schedule. No need to sit in traffic or pay higher prices for earlier flights. Since your pet never leaves the home, there is no need to pay for additional nights of boarding when you are required to depart and/or arrive after a facilities regularly scheduled hours. Not to mention the inconvenience and expense of additional vaccinations and the hassle of stress induced diarrhea, so common after boarding. Luv my Sitter understands the profound responsibility they take on when caring for your home and pet. At LMS your pet becomes part of our family. We strive to keep you connected through the use of daily updates and occasional photos. Leaving your home in the hands of a qualified pet sitter will alleviate worry and give you confidence that your home and pet will be well cared for while you are away. Affording you the peace of mind you deserve.
